The heavy-debris box. Small footprint, low sides, and the right container for anything dense — concrete, tile, plaster or a single gutted room.

Specifications
12 ft long × 8 ft wide × 3.5 ft high
10 cubic yards — about 3 pickup truck loads
1–2 tons in the flat rate
About 15 ft long × 10 ft wide, plus door swing
Is this the one?
The 10 yard is the most misunderstood container we run. People see the smallest number on the list and assume it is for small jobs, when really it is the specialist box for the heaviest material there is.
Ten cubic yards sounds modest until you fill it with broken tile or plaster, at which point you have a load at the weight the container is built for. That is exactly the point of it. The low sides also make it the easiest box to load by hand, which matters on a Queens block where you are barrowing debris out of a building rather than backing a truck up to a loading dock. It is also the container most likely to fit into a single curb space or a narrow driveway without needing us to negotiate anything with the block.
Straight advice: If your material is dense, this is the container regardless of how small the job feels. We will give you a fill line over the phone — usually a third to halfway for tile or plaster — and staying under it keeps you at the flat price.

Same flat pricing model across all five. The only question is which weight allowance matches your material — and, on the bigger sizes, whether it fits your block.

About 12 ft long by 8 ft wide by 3.5 ft high. It is the shortest container we run, which is exactly why it fits into a single curb space or a narrow shared driveway where a longer box would not sit square.
Usually, yes. It is the size most likely to fit within one legal curb space, though we still confirm the exact spot with you and pull a placement permit if it needs to sit on the street rather than on private property.
About 3 pickup truck loads, with 1–2 tons included in the flat rate. That allowance is built for dense material — tile, plaster, small amounts of concrete — not for filling the box to the top with light debris.
For one room, usually. For a full apartment, describe what is coming out when you call — a 15 is often the better fit once you add furniture and boxes on top of renovation debris, and we would rather size it right the first time than have you run short.
Delivery, the standard rental period, pickup, disposal and the stated weight allowance, all in one number. Extensions past the standard period are available with one call.
