Same standard on every job
Every service on this page runs to the same standard. Licensed and insured to operate in New York, with general liability and commercial auto cover, and certificates issued the same day for contractors and property managers who need one on file before we come on site.
Boards go under the rails on every driveway or curb-lane placement as standard rather than as an upsell, and the driver walks the spot with you before anything moves. If a surface is already cracked or heaving we'll say so and suggest a better spot rather than press on and hope.
Process
One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the box needs to sit and when you need it. No forms, no waiting on an email.
You get one number covering delivery, the rental period, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so.
The driver walks the spot with you, lays protection under the rails and sets the container square in the driveway, curb lane or job site.
Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.
Clean concrete, metal and green waste get routed for recovery rather than buried. You get your curb or driveway back the way you left it.
Service area
We run dumpsters out of our 4301 39th St yard across every corner of Long Island City and out into Queens. If your neighborhood is not on this list, call us anyway. We probably still get there.
Answers
Start with the material rather than the label. Mixed household contents and furniture go in a standard container; construction and renovation debris usually needs a dedicated jobsite box; and clean yard waste is much cheaper as a separate load. If your job spans two of those, tell us and we will work out whether one container or two costs less.
Usually yes for general household and construction waste. The exceptions matter: yard waste has to stay a separate clean stream, and regulated items — paint, solvents and oils, tires, batteries, hazardous or toxic chemicals, propane tanks and gas cylinders, and medical or biohazard waste — can't go in any general container at all.
Most days, yes. Orders placed before noon usually go out the same day inside Long Island City and the nearer neighborhoods, and next morning further out across Queens. Live jobsite swaps take priority. Winter snow and ice or a summer heat wave can occasionally slow a route — if so, we'll tell you straight rather than promise a slot we can't hold.
Yes, and a good share of our work is repeat trade with contractors, property managers and co-op or condo boards across Queens. Accounts get priority scheduling on swap-outs, consistent pricing across sites, certificates of insurance on file and a direct line. If you're running several buildings or jobs at once that's worth setting up properly rather than booking each one ad hoc.
Call and we'll extend it. The standard rental period is seven days, and extra days are inexpensive and sorted in a minute. Jobs run long — that's normal — and we'd much rather extend than have you overfill a container or rush the work to beat a pickup.
That's a real part of our calendar. Plenty of New Yorkers time apartment moves and renovation projects around lease turnover, which brings a predictable bump in cleanout and junk-removal calls each spring and again in late summer. We keep containers staged for both stretches so a busy calendar doesn't mean a slower delivery.
