Residential Dumpster Rental
Curb- and driveway-ready roll-off dumpsters for cleanouts, remodels and gut-renovations across Queens.
Learn moreBayside, New York · Queens County
Bayside sits in far northeastern Queens along Little Neck Bay, a lower-density, more suburban neighborhood of single-family homes -- a genuinely different housing pattern from the apartment-heavy neighborhoods closer to the East River.

Fort Totten, a Civil War-era fortification on the point where Little Neck Bay meets the Long Island Sound, is now a park with real waterfront and military history, and Bell Boulevard carries the neighborhood's main commercial strip through blocks of single-family homes. Crocheron Park and Alley Pond Park both border the neighborhood, giving Bayside more green space per block than most of the neighborhoods we serve closer to Long Island City.
With driveways and yards being the norm rather than the exception here, we see a real mix of single-family remodel debris, roofing tear-offs, deck and fence removal, and yard and landscaping cleanup -- for any job involving digging near the container's spot, we point homeowners to New York 811 to get utility lines marked before ground gets broken.

Reached from our yard via the Long Island Expressway or Cross Island Parkway running east and north -- one of the longer runs in our service area given how far northeast Bayside sits.

Yes -- Bayside is a regular part of our service area, about 30 minutes out via the Long Island Expressway or Cross Island Parkway, so call a little earlier in the day.
Often, yes -- a driveway drop means more flexibility on timing and usually no street permit involved. We'll still confirm clearance for the truck before delivery day.
Not if it sits entirely on private property, which is the norm for most Bayside homes. Curb or street placement needs a temporary NYC DOT permit, requested through NYC311 (service code KA-02700) and usually pulled through a registered carting company. Call us and we'll help sort out whether your Bayside job needs one.
No -- Bayside gets the same flat-rate pricing as the rest of our service area.
